- End-Users must contact the specific Restaurant Customer regarding data collected through their QR code menu, as the restaurant is the data controller for that information.

7. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Restaurant Customer account data is retained while the account is active. End-User analytics data is typically anonymized or deleted after a defined period.
