A: No. Your diners only need the standard camera app on their smartphone to scan the QR code. The menu opens directly in their mobile browser—no downloads, no friction.

Our platform allows you to easily add a link to your privacy policy on your digital menu.

A: Simply open your smartphone's camera and point it at the restaurant's QR code. A notification will appear—tap it to open the full, interactive digital menu in your browser. No app is required.

Q: Is it safe to use? Do I need to share personal data?

A: Scanning the code simply opens the menu. You are not required to share personal data to browse. If the restaurant offers direct ordering or feedback features, any data you choose to provide (like your name for an order) is handled according to that restaurant's privacy policy, which should be linked on the menu page.
